With a total area of approximately 100 square meters, this condominium unit comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, a multi-purpose room, a kitchen, and a balcony. The design concept emerged from the initial site visit. Although the unit is relatively spacious compared to typical condominiums available on the market over the past decades, the existing layout made the space feel confined and narrow. Our approach was to reimagine the plan to create a greater sense of openness and coherence, while optimizing how each area connects and functions. The design process began by refining the corridor wall, which originally appeared uneven and segmented. By aligning it into a clean, continuous line—slightly expanding it into the hallway—we introduced both visual clarity and new functionality. The resulting recesses were transformed into concealed storage integrated within the wall, enhancing both order and simplicity in the overall space.
